Cleveland Allen serves as the minister of the Eastside Church of Christ with a heart for preaching, teaching, counseling, and caring for people.

His ministry has been shaped by many years of walking with individuals and families through crisis, grief, and life’s most difficult seasons. Through his work providing spiritual care and support in demanding service environments, he has helped many people find hope, stability, and encouragement during challenging moments.

As a licensed counselor, Cleveland brings compassion, wisdom, and practical insight to his ministry. His experience in counseling, crisis care, leadership, and mentoring helps him guide others with patience, understanding, and faith-centered perspective.

He is especially passionate about investing in youth, college students, and young adults, helping them develop a faith that is strong, rooted, and able to flourish in everyday life.

Cleveland’s desire is to help people grow closer to God, strengthen their, and live out the teachings of Christ in meaningful and practical ways.

Glenda Allen is a woman of God who loves caring for her family, uplifting women and encouraging youth and young adults to grow and mature in God's word. With a passion for giving back, she loves to support benevolent work in the Tallahassee and surrounding communities. As the director of the women's group, The Eastside Sisterhood, she organizes and hosts events that promote unity, love and collaboration with other christian sisters. She strives to reflect the character of Christ in her everyday life.
